Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Senerum website and the services offered through it. The site is an informational and marketing platform: trading transactions themselves are concluded with the licensed legal entity providing the relevant service, whose details are confirmed during onboarding.
1. Use of the website and services
You may use the site and the services if you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and not resident in a jurisdiction where the services are prohibited. By creating an account you confirm that the details you give are true and complete. The platform provides market analysis tools, automated trading functionality and account support; it does not provide personal investment advice, and nothing on the site should be read as such.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to the platform without written permission; exceed reasonable use of the API and data feeds; or attempt to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use. Accounts are personal: one person, one account, and credentials must not be shared or transferred.
3. Marketing materials and mailings
By registering you agree to receive service messages: verification updates, security notices, withdrawal confirmations and platform announcements. Separate marketing mailings, market commentary and offers are sent only where you have opted in, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting service messages.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, logos, graphics and software are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of Senerum or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, adapt, redistribute or use our materials commercially without prior written consent. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site, for example payment brands, remain the property of their owners.
5. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the site you accept that policy's terms of collection, use and storage of your data.
6. Links
The site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content and accept no responsibility for their practices; review their terms and policies yourself. Links do not imply any relationship between Senerum and the linked site's operator.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the site or services for unlawful purposes of any kind; to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; to attack, probe or overload our infrastructure, including denial-of-service attempts and unauthorised automated scraping; to infringe intellectual-property rights; to launder money, evade sanctions or fund prohibited activity; or to assist any third party in doing these things. Breach may result in immediate suspension, account closure and, where required, reporting to the authorities.
8. Support
Support is available by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 (GMT/BST, excluding public holidays), handled by the Client Support and Compliance Team. Formal complaints follow the complaints procedure, and security issues are prioritised as described on the Security page.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided for information purposes. While we take reasonable care over accuracy and completeness, we do not warrant that the content is exhaustive, uninterrupted, error-free or continuously current, and we accept no liability for decisions taken solely in reliance on general site content. Market data, analyses and illustrative figures are informational, not advice, and do not guarantee any investment outcome. Trading, including automated trading, carries the risk of loss described in our risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senerum's aggregate liability arising from your use of the site and services is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or trading losses caused by market movements, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Senerum against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right, provided we notify you promptly of any claim and cooperate reasonably in its defence.
Miscellaneous
These terms and their ancillary policies (Privacy, Risk disclosure, AML / KYC, Withdrawal policy, Fees) form the whole agreement between you and Senerum regarding the site. If a clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the updated version applies from publication, and material changes are announced on the platform. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
